The short version: your details are used to plan your dinner, and nothing else.
What we collect
When you submit the inquiry form, we collect what you type: your name, email, phone number if you add one, your preferred date, guest count, occasion, whether the dinner is a gift, and any dietary notes. That information exists for one purpose — so Chef Nia can design your menu and reply to you.
Analytics without cookies
This site measures itself without tracking you. There are no advertising trackers and no cookies. We record anonymous, aggregate events — that a page was viewed, that a button was clicked — tied to a random identifier stored in your own browser, never to your name, your IP address, or anything that identifies you. If you clear your browser storage, that identifier is gone.
What we never do
Your information is never sold, shared, rented, or used for anything beyond planning and delivering your dinner. No marketing lists, no third-party advertising, no data brokers.
Private menu pages
If Chef Nia sends you a proposed menu, it lives at a private link addressed only to you. We record when the page is opened so Nia knows her proposal reached you — nothing more.
Removing your information
If you would like your inquiry deleted, send a message to Chef Nia on Instagram at @chefniaspencer and it will be removed.
